WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?


We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn and undamaged items. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition they were received along with the original tags and packaging. Failing to meet these requirements will result in a fee. WHAT WILL MY ENGRAVED JEWELRY LOOK LIKE?

Your engraving will appear in uppercase letters. Each piece has a specific character limit depending on the size of the jewelry. We permit the use of the English alphabet, as well as special characters and numbers.

At this time, we are not able to offer previews of any engraved pieces ahead of ordering.

Ana Luisa reserves the right to cancel any orders containing engraved jewelry with offensive language.
