HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

As our jewelry is Titanium Steel, we do recommend to shower, swim and normally go abut your day without worrying about your jewelry but in order for it to last, please be gentle with it as well.

When you are not wearing your jewelry, we encourage you to store it in your original Freyatreasures pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong its life. If you need to clean your jewelry, only use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

Our rings use the same exact sizing conventions as traditional metal rings. Since ours are more flexible, we recommend sizing down if you find yourself between sizes. If you’re still unsure of your ring size, check out our sizing guide here!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, be sure to let us know ASAP! We have a very short window where we can make changes to orders. We work hard to get you your treasures as soon as possible, so we can’t always guarantee that we will catch it in time, but we will always try our best to help you out!

HOW CAN I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

It’s super easy! You can view your order history in three easy steps: 

Click on the person icon in the top right hand corner of your webpage

Click “Orders” 

To view orders specifics (size, style, color, etc), click on the corresponding order number

Don’t have an account set up? No problem! Just email us and we’ll look up your order history for you. 

SHIPPING

Shipping times are measured in business days and do not include the day of shipment, or processing time prior to when your order is shipped. On the day we ship your order, it will leave our facility in the evening to be sorted by the carrier, and shipping timeframe will begin the next business day.

Where shipping times are quoted as a range, the time depends on the destination’s distance from where it is shipped from. Your tracking link should be updated with an estimated delivery date 24-48 hours after you receive notification of shipment.

WHAT IS KLARNA?

Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer international shipping using (5–12 business days) for orders above a certain threshold, which is visible by country. For orders below this threshold, the cost of shipping can vary depending on the shipping location. All available shipping options and their associated costs will appear in your shopping cart and the checkout page ahead of placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All shipping estimates are approximate and listed in business days (5–12 business days). Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.

WHAT WILL MY ENGRAVED JEWELRY LOOK LIKE?

Your engraving will appear in uppercase letters. Each piece has a specific character limit depending on the size of the jewelry. We permit the use of the English alphabet, as well as special characters and numbers.

At this time, we are not able to offer previews of any engraved pieces ahead of ordering.

Freya Treasures reserves the right to cancel any orders containing engraved jewelry with offensive language.
